How to commission work

The process the firm follows on every assignment.

  1. Send a short note of the decision you need to make, the geography, the deadline and any donor or statutory rule that applies.
  2. Visionary Dynamics replies with a scoping note: understanding of the task, proposed method, team shape, timeline and fee basis.
  3. Work proceeds against a written terms of reference, a contract or a purchase order.
  4. The contract schedules inception, draft, and final deliverables. Comments are taken once at the draft stage unless otherwise agreed.
  5. Larger assignments can be phased: diagnosis first, then design, then implementation support.
