Data, Policy and Inclusive Development
Data, Digital and GIS
Digital data collection, data management and quality assurance, statistical analysis, dashboards, data governance and spatial analysis.
When clients come to us
- Field data is being collected on paper and arrives late, incomplete or inconsistent.
- Several systems hold the same data and none of them agree.
- A management team needs a small number of indicators visible on one screen, kept current.
- A programme needs to see where its beneficiaries, facilities or risks actually are.
- A digital initiative needs an honest readiness assessment before money is committed.
What the work covers
- Digital data collection and CAPI-based research
- Data management, cleaning and data quality assurance
- Statistical analysis and modelling
- Interactive KPI and performance dashboards
- Data-system, digital-readiness and digital-transformation assessments
- Digital adoption and user research
- Data governance frameworks
- GIS data collection and spatial analysis
- Socioeconomic, service-access and vulnerability mapping
What you receive
- Configured digital forms with validation and skip logic, plus enumerator guidance
- A documented data pipeline from collection through cleaning to analysis
- Analysis outputs with the code or workbook that produced them
- A dashboard built on a defined indicator set, with a refresh procedure
- Map layers and a spatial analysis note explaining what the maps do and do not show
Professional boundaries
- Dashboards report what the underlying data supports; a dashboard cannot repair collection that was not designed properly.
- Personal data in datasets and dashboards is handled confidentially and anonymised in public outputs unless otherwise agreed.
